Ephraim Olson is a practicing tax attorney. Ephraim attended Harvard Law School and received an LLM in taxation from NYU. He practices in complex income and estate tax issues of corporations and partnerships with extensive work in QSBS structuring. Ephraim is a business owner outside of law which gives him an additional perspective when advising businesses. Ephraim has been named a Super Lawyer Rising Star for 3 years in a row.
